Why I Built These Blogs — My Story

After completing my MBA in Operations & Marketing, I realized something important: companies don’t just want resumes — they want proof of how you solve real problems.

Even with strong technical skills and enterprise experience at TCS, the right opportunities didn’t open as expected. So instead of just telling, I decided to show what I can do.

I started working on real-time operational challenges in India’s cotton procurement ecosystem. That journey led to:

A Digital Readiness Index (DRI) model to measure technology inefficiencies in cotton procurement.
An Operational Efficiency Classification Model using Excel, Power Query, and VBA to reveal bottlenecks in procurement workflows.

These blogs are not academic exercises—they’re industry-grade problem-solving showcases. My goal is to demonstrate how I analyze, structure, and solve real operational and supply chain challenges.
